Beginning her career in customer service, Domonique advanced through sales, leadership, and director-level roles within a Fortune 50 organization, gaining firsthand experience in every stage of the customer journey.

Throughout her career, she became known for building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational excellence, and achieving consistent year-over-year growth.

She later led multi-state operations across New York and Northern New England, overseeing a $200M+ business portfolio and supporting more than 60 retail and business locations across five states.

Today, Domonique brings that experience directly to service-based small businesses — from solopreneurs to small business owners — helping owners grow revenue, strengthen customer experience, and run smoother operations without the cost of a full-time executive.
